Insomnia … Can’t you sleep?

Insomnia is one of the problems of our day: unfortunately, you can't sleep at night and don't want to get up in the morning because you haven't had enough sleep? So, what can we do for a healthy sleep. First, let's establish a regular sleep pattern and try to go to bed at the same time every night. Let's avoid eating anything right before bed. Instead of drinks like tea and coffee, let's choose relaxing herbal teas. Let's keep a book nearby, reading a few pages might be beneficial. Let's keep things like phones, tablets, and computers away from us as much as possible. When we can't sleep, let's not pick them up, so we don't become more sleep-deprived. Let's pay attention to wearing comfortable clothes. Let's not think about what time we'll wake up, how many hours we'll sleep, or other things. Let's make sure the environment we are in is dark. Finally, a proven breathing exercise that is said to induce sleep is to take a few simple breaths and count. Let's start then :) Place the tip of your tongue against the roof of your mouth behind your front teeth. Close your mouth and inhale slowly through your nose, counting to 4. Hold your breath and count to 7 in your head. Exhale, counting to 8. Repeat this process 3 more times. A total of 76 seconds will have passed. Most people usually fall asleep by the 60th second! Sweet dreams..
